An easy to use interface for choosing your preferred diet (choose from pre-configured options or create your own diet) enter your start and end weight goal and the time period you would like to achieve this goal. HealthEngage will automatically calculate all of your daily targets so that when you enter your meals and activities you can see if you are achieving your goal or need to make any modifications.

PowerSearch

Search the food database by keyword or use the PowerSearch to search over 7,200 foods by 125 nutrients (water, thiamine, caffeine, copper, etc. etc.etc.) Combine as many nutrients as you want in your search (i.e. search for foods high in protein, low in caffeine, moderate in sugar and high in potassium). Find foods that meet your goals but are appetizing to you.

Foods Interface

The foods interface allows you to add past or future meals (which you can then print or export as a shopping list) You can choose which nutrients you want to monitor and also see how close you are to meeting your goals with the easy to read charts below the table. Add your own foods and recipes as well.

 

Revolutionary flow-through design lets you record one or multiple readings, parameters, observations, so that the application suits your life, not the other way around. HealthEngage Diet+Fitness lets you plan your meals from over 7,200 foods in the USDA database and generate reports, so that you can see your food intake at a glance. Remind yourself about upcoming tests, supplies reorder or a doctor appointment by setting up an alert. HealthEngage Diet+Fitness will alert you as soon as you log into the application.

A HealthEngage Diet+Fitness companion application runs on Palm and PocketPC to make your life a bit less of a juggling act and it is always there when you need it. All of the data from a handheld device can be easily synchronized with the rest of your information once you are back at your computer.
