Freestyle Meters

You will need to order a FreeStyle Data/USB Cable - 9 Pin You may also need to purchase a USB-Serial Adapter if you want to connect it via a USB port instead of a Serial port and install the driver that comes with the adapter.

LifeScan Meters

In order to upload data from your LifeScan glucose meter to HealthEngage Diabetes you will need to purchase a LifeScan Serial Cable (Please note that LifeScan only sells cable bunded with their CD but nothing is necessary on their CD for HealthEngage to work properly) and also purchase aUSB-Serial Adapter or purchase a LifeScan USB Cable (Please note that LifeScan only sells cable bunded with their CD but nothing is necessary on their CD for HealthEngage to work properly) and then download and install one of the drivers below.

Roche - Accu-Chek Meters

The only way to get a cable for an Accu-Chek meter is by buying their CD for $29.95, which comes with the cable. You will have to call them at 1-800-858-8072 for the US and 1 800 363-7949 for Canada.
